About Me!

My name is Maya VanderHoeven, and I am an emerging interior designer passionate about creating thoughtful, functional, and visually engaging spaces. I am currently studying Interior Design at Fanshawe College, developing my skills in spatial planning, concept development, and technical design tools.

 

My work focuses on human-centered design, blending aesthetics with purpose to enhance everyday experiences. I’m driven by a curiosity for materials, atmosphere, and how design can shape the way people feel in a space. Through my academic projects and growing professional experience, I aim to design environments that are intentional, meaningful, and rooted in creativity.
